Sims Family Reunion 2011

Every two years, my side of the family has a reunion.  It began in 1976 and has continued all these years.  It is my mom's side of the family and we always have a good time.  This year it was in Burleson TX, outside of Fort Worth.  We went up one day early and went to a water park (I didn't have my camera) and the kids loved it.  The park was in the Jellystone family of parks and was super nice.  We had a cabin that we shared with Memaw and Elyse.  Riley and Bentley got to sleep on bunk beds which was their favorite part!!!  We got to do a meet and greet of Yogi Bear (Bentley hated him), ride a firetruck around the park and do crafts.  Riley became a pretty good air hockey player and he and Bentley both enjoyed playing with all of their cousins and second cousins. (We have 15 kids under the age of 8).  Casey and I had a great time catching up with everyone too.  Casey and his team won the friendly golf challenge and get the Sims Cup for a couple of years. Thanks to Lindsey and Renee for hosting this one. It was a great time and I look forward to the next one!!!
